Eligibility Criteria

As a client, you can easily register your profile on this portal to submit your query or request related to your IT or software development requirement. As a client, you can be an individual person or an organization from anywhere in the world. However, to serve and advance our stated organizational mission, your outsourced IT projects and assignments must be assigned to the freelancers registered in our database (qualified and experienced software developers and IT experts) who are either a citizen or a resident of one of the 45 Least Developed Countries (LDCs), as defined by the UN and UNCTAD .

Profile Verification and Project Coordination Process through Local Partnerships

We plan to gradually expand our active operations in different countries (within the UN defined 45 LDCs) as we move on with signing up our partnership agreement with the credible local universities or IT related institutions in each country to ensure that all the registered freelancers profiles (accounts) in our database are verified after completing the due diligence process to examine the authentication of their personal and professional details through their submitted documents and photo ID. The role of our (Soft Hope™) team is to act as a mediator or coordinator between the clients and freelancers through facilitating their communications and transactions to ensure that the assigned projects and tasks are timely delivered by our registered freelancers as per the agreed technical specifications and cost of development.

Profile Registration Process for Clients

In order to register with us as a client to search for the registered freelancers in our database or to submit your query/request, you need to first create your user account on this portal and then login as a client. After that you are required to fill in the attached form for registration . While filling the form, you can submit the details of your assigned task or project requirements. However, you may always communicate with us for the follow up correspondence through submitting your inputs via the “Contact Us” form available on our portal.
